In case if you want to return your item we offer a full refund within 30 days from the day of delivery.

• Due to hygiene reasons, all product must be unused.
• Products must be returned in original condition including all brochures and packaging.
• Products that are not heat sealed in plastic are not refundable and non-exchangeable
• Sealed products that have been opened are not refundable and non-exchangeable
• The products must be received back within 30 days from the day of delivery.
• Faulty items MUST be returned with all documentation and original packaging otherwise it will not be refunded
• When returning FAULTY ITEMS  please clearly detail the issues you are having

If you not completely satisfied with your item, please return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days from the day of delivery. Returned product must be unused in original packaging including all documentation. Please be advised that we will fully refund your product upon receipt excluding the original delivery charge. Or if u want we will exchange your item. For return or exchange item must be dispatched within 30 days from the moment of purchase. Items lost in shipping during return process are not our responsibility.
