Delivery Information

Dispatch:

-We dispatch orders placed by 2:00 pm Monday to Friday (Toronto EDT ) on the same day.
-Orders placed after 2 PM (Toronto EDT ) will be dispatched on the next business day.
-Orders placed on weekends and Canadian statutory holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
-Orders placed during two last weeks before Christmass will be dispatched on the next business day.

Tracked Shipping :

-All of our orders are tracked door to door,
-As soon as your order is processed we will send a tracking number and the name of shipping carrier to the email address provided by the customer (please fill in a correct email address).
-Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to show up in the system.

United States Orders:

Shipping Costs: Free Shipping on all USA orders

Shipping Information:

FedEx Ground USA(items above 12lb): 1 to 5 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

USPS :

First Class(items up to 16 Oz): 1 to 3 business days.

Priority Mail(items from 1lb to 12 lb): 1 to 3 business days.
